The book Forbidden Desires is set in Egypt where the characters are on a University Sponsored Archaeological dig. So what should one bring to such an event?

Turns out there’s a lot of things one needs to dig up old stuff, but here’s the 5 most important things you should bring to an Archaeological dig (or at least the 5 most important if you want your hot archeology professor to notice you)

1. A set of brushes – pretty important because you need to carefully brush the dirt away. Not just 1 brush though, you want a variety depending on the type of brushing you need to do. Remember to use your brush gently so you don’t damage an old artifact – it won’t be romantic to have to explain to the hot professor how you broke a priceless old piece of pottery because you were busy staring at his butt when you should have been paying attention to which brush you were using.

2. A trowel – or two. You might want a pointy and a square trowel depending on the job at hand. This will come in handy to move big clumps of dirt while you are looking lustily at your hot professor.

3. Bug Spray. Your hot archeology professor isn’t going to want to kiss you if you have a giant bug bite on your face so make sure you dose up on bug spray to ward off these evil pests that love to drink the blood of aspiring archeologists.

4. Water. You don’t want to get dehydrated do you? Of course not, you might swoon and then the hot professor might have to come to your rescue and then…..

5. Appropriate clothing. Or in this case, a skimpy tank top that hugs you in all the right places just in case that hunky professor happens to glance over at you.

So, does the heroine in the book bring all these things to the dig? Does the hot professor notice her? You’ll have to read the book to find out.
